LIMITED WARRANTY

GUNN COLLISION CENTERS (hereinafter “GUNN”) hereby provides this Limited Warranty on its Collision repair services. The following Limited Warranty applies to the owner of the vehicle (hereinafter “vehicle”) identified below at the time of GUNN’s repair and whose name appears herein below and on the Repair Authorization and only for as long as he/she owns the vehicle (hereinafter “OWNER”). This Limited Warranty may not be assigned or transferred or orally modified.

l. METAL WORK:

GUNN provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty on all metal work performed. by GUNN, including welding, the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs and cracking, flaking, pitting or deterioration of metal work performed by GUNN. GUNN will repair and/or re-paint any defective or failed metal work warranted hereunder, including labor and materials, if necessary.

II. PAINTING:

GUNN provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty on painting-related priming and paint work performed by GUNN against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing and excessive loss of pigmentation. GUNN will re-prime and re-paint the specific defective or failed section or sections of the vehicle warranted hereunder, including labor and materials, if necessary. This warranty does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, scratches, abrasions, stone chips, application of improper abrasive detergents or waxes, bird droppings, acid rain, corrosive industrial emissions or other foreign substances.

III. DECALS AND STRIPES:

GUNN provides a Five (5) Year Limited Warranty, calculated from the Completion Date stated below, on the application and adhesion of decorative stripes and/or decals. GUNN will re-stripe or re-decal the specific section or sections of the vehicle warranted hereunder, including labor and materials, if necessary.

IV. PRODUCTS, PARTS, ASSEMBLIES, COMPONENTS AND OTHER MATERIALS:

Anywarranty on the products, parts, assemblies, components and other materials (hereinafter collectively “products”) used by GUNN in the repair of the vehicle is strictly limited to any warranty provided by the manufacturer and/or supplier of said products.
